Mr. Ron Alcorn represents the residents of ward 1. Mr. Alcorn was first elected in 2016 and is currently the Vice President of the Police Jury.
Mr. Alcorn serves on the Road & Bridge, Insurance, and Economic Development committees as Chairman, and also server on the Finance, Recreation, Federal Programs, and Emergency Preparedness Committees. Mr. Alcorn is employed by Home Depot as an Area Install Specialist. He resides in the Belle Rose community.
