Biography
Mr. Leroy Blanchard represents the residents of Ward 7. He is a Professional Mechanical Engineer and the co-owner of PAI Engineering in Baton Rouge, LA. Mr. Blanchard resides in Belle Rose, with his wife and three children, where he is an active member of Paincourtville Volunteer Fire Dept.
Committees
Mr. Blanchard presently serves as a member of many committees, including:
- Engineering/Grants Committee
- Emergency Preparedness Committee
- Finance Committee
- Insurance Committee
- Personnel Committee
- Road & Bridge Committee
- Solid Waste Committee
The function of each committee is to advise and recommend actions to the full Jury for consideration. Leroy presently serves as Chairman on the Engineering/Grants Committee.
