Assumption Parish Secretary-Treasurer, Kim Torres dircetly assists the Office of the Administration wtih all departmental tasks and serves as the current Public Information Officer for the Office of Emergency Preparedness. As an Equal Opportunity Officer, Mrs. Torres also ensures the fairness of the Police Jury regarding equal opportunity issues and serves as liason between Assumption Parish residents and the jurors.
