Assumption Parish Secretary-Treasurer, Kim Torres directly assists the Office of the Administration with all departmental tasks and serves as the current Public Information Officer for the Office of Emergency Preparedness. As an Equal Opportunity Officer, Mrs. Torres also ensures the fairness of the Police Jury regarding equal opportunity issues and serves as liaison between Assumption Parish residents and the jurors.
